Recapping Week 6 of Essentials. We looked at the compound structure, declarative and exclamatory purpose, S-Vt-DO pattern sentences with EEL tasks 1-4. Loading the grammar, we were introduced to conjunctions and charts G and H (112 Model Sentences for the Compound Structure and Conjunctions). In writing, we added the Prepositional Sentence Opener and continued with our "Senses & Emotion" words to dress-up our writing.
Here is a quick preview of Week 7: We will be looking at the compound structure, imperative purpose, S-Vt-DO pattern sentences with EEL tasks 1-4. Loading the grammar, we will focus on adverbs and chart I while reviewing chart E. In writing, we will go over Lesson 7, Topic Sentences & Clinchers.
